My Approach

Hi, I'm Lynzi Glasscock, MPH, RDN, LDN, CHES, CPH, CLT, owner of Healthy Living Nutrition. I'm a registered dietitian licensed to practice in Louisiana. I am also a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Certified in Public Health (CPH), and am a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT).

What does all of that alphabet soup mean? I am well-versed in not only nutrition but also in helping people identify their motivation and use it to overcome challenges to the lifestyle changes they want to make. I work with people dealing with a wide range of health goals from weight loss to improving their diabetes management to slowing the progression of kidney disease to relieving symptoms of IBS and inflammatory conditions.

As a Certified LEAP Therapist, I am able to recommend and interpret the Mediator Release Test (MRT) for food sensitivities. I love working with clients to help them identify what foods may be causing their symptoms, and it is a joy to see them finally get symptom relief once the culprit is identified and removed from their diet.

I'm a south Louisiana native passionate about good food and helping others learn how to live healthy lives. My approach doesn't promise quick but rather lasting results, leaving you with a greater understanding of how to keep yourself healthy long after our time together has ended. I strive to understand your relationship with food, current eating habits, and lifestyle to create practical plans that match your needs and personal goals.
