Services
At Healthy Living Nutrition, we provide a variety of services to help you along your healthy living journey. We offer individual and group (coming soon!) nutrition counseling and education services for adults as well as children and their families. Our services are offered in person or via TeleNutrition (for clients located in Louisiana only).
One-on-One Appointments
During one-on-one appointments, you'll meet with our registered dietitian to discuss your health goals and develop a personalized plan. One-on-one appointments include:

Meal Planning
When meal planning, our dietitian considers your health goals, food likes/dislikes, lifestyle, and available meal prep/cooking time to create a tailored-to-you meal plan. Following one of these meal plans is highly recommended to help you more rapidly reach your goals.
Meal planning is only offered as add-on services for those attending our one-on-one appointments and/or groups and is not covered by insurance or HSA/FSA.

Personalized Recipe Collections
Personalized recipe collections are a great option for those looking for more flexibility than a structured meal plan. Our dietitian puts together 40+ recipes based on your food preferences and lifestyle to help you reach your health goals.
Recipe collections are only offered as add-on services for those attending our one-on-one appointments and/or groups and are not covered by insurance or HSA/FSA.
